Continuity and coordination of patient care is essential in meeting your healthcare needs. We look forward to your collaboration and providing you with personalized, comprehensive health care focusing on wellness and prevention.

Our services include a full scope of family medicine including newborn and pediatric through geriatric care and nursing home care.  Several providers also do prenatal care.  All physicians perform routine/chronic medical care as well as school physicals, skin lesion removal, laceration repair, allergy shots, routine adolescent and adult immunizations, both male annual exams and female annual exams with pap smears.  Laboratory testing is also available.

We have temporarily closed our Acute Care Walk-in Hours for established patients due to the Coronavirus.  If you have a question regarding the Coronavirus, please call the COVID-19 24 hour Call Center at 800-871-3313.

(Acute Care Walk-in clinic hours for established patients are 7:30AM-8:30AM Monday-Friday and 9:00AM-11:00AM Saturday)

After Hours

For medical emergencies, dial 911.

For non-urgent medical questions, call 319-385-6700 and press 7 to speak to the FMMP Physician-On-Call.

We do not refill medications or schedule appointments after hours.

New Patient Resources

Prescription Refills

If you need a prescription Refill, contact your pharmacy directly.   

If you are out of medication – zero refills available – and require a prescription renewal, call the clinic.  An appointment with your provider is required for all medication renewals.

Please allow 48-72 hours for your medication requests to be addressed as some prescriptions require pre-authorization.
